Save the Doodads is an initiative sponsored by the Men’s Health Network to raise awareness of testicular cancer and to educate men on the importance of testicular self-examinations in a fun, light-hearted way.
Save the Doodads is a pilot project hosted by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s College of Public Health and other community partners that are focused on building healthy lifestyles.
Save the Doodads goals are to…
- Raise awareness of testicular cancer through health promotion and other special events.
- Encourage men to learn and practice testicular self-examinations.
- Raise money and other resources to sustain and expand the program into the University of Tennessee system and other colleges/universities.
